Setting the conceptual framework for processing new data and value chains

Building on foresight on growth and methodological framework from WP1, the overall objective of WP2 is to develop the conceptual, policy, regulatory and fiscal framework of GLOBALINTO, which will be used to guide the design and implementation of work in WP4-WP8. In particular, WP2 will seek:

  • To develop new conceptual measures of intangibles that will feed into measurement (WP3) and productivity analysis (WP5, WP6)
  • To develop frameworks for measurement and analysis of the roles of global value chains, digitization, and demographic changes for productivity growth, market entry and growth for SMEs and the role of policy and regulatory and fiscal framework and conditions for the use of intangibles in innovation generation.

The working package is led by University Paris-Sud.
